Sir, we have it detained. A soldier went AWOL, or rather disobeyed orders, but he laid down his weapons and just escorted the thing to a cell. He said it told him it'll talk with no armed personnel near it. Look, given the thing's odd properties, we don't know if this is genuine or if this fucker is capable of what we can only describe as mind control. Koppa can throw whatever they want at it, but somehow I feel you have a better approach. I don't want another Gascot sir, and I apologize in advance for the backlash you're gonna get when it goes network-wide you pardoned that bastard of all transgressions. But not much complainin' will do against an exec-order. Before I end this, I whipped up a little impromptu documentation of the thing, it ain't much, but I guess it provides some good exposition.

Description: Anomaly VN-1520 is a Code ....... level entity of unknown origin and caliber. Physically, VN-1520 should not be able to support locomotion or even it's own stature. VN-1520's body consists of a long, semi-cylindrical abdomen with two-to-three (it is unclear) hardly visible protrusions located on what can be anatomically-analogous to the human chest, with a long, stout, neck. This neck is significantly too thin to support the size and presumably weight of Anomaly VN-1520's head. Anomaly VN-1520's eyes consist of "pin-prick" white dots, capable of great illuminessence. Despite VN-1520's apparent transparency, the entirety of VN-1520's eyes are not observable, only the front. VN-1520 seems to lack shoulders, instead spouting simplistic thin arms that eventually diverge into three elongated talon-like structures. VN-1520's legs gradually thin to the point where they have become nothing more that pointed stubs.
VN-1520 appears to be capable of manipulating reality to it's whim.
