Phenomenon #192 refers to a series of two entities: a tall, slim, somewhat translucent figure with a crumpled body and a small, blue, tripod mounted on the former's arm. If the host entity is killed, the small mounted creature will detach and search for another host. It is unknown if the mounted entity seeks out humans or, should it indeed seek out humans, is responsible for some sort of metamorphosis into a host, similar to Phenomenon #941. It is assumed a natural host entity can survive without the tripod creature.
